WHAT I'VE DONE

Well... I now know what I want to do and need to do. Engineer (Ludo Barrier) and singer (Liam Russel) is confirmed. Dates just need to be finalised for recording but will take place in mid-January. As for the songs, 3 of them are written. The EP will be structured as such.

Song 1 and 2 will segue into each other and will focus on myself feeling lost.

Song 3 will focus my Father's recent changes in his life and himself feeling lost.

Song 4 will focus on looking up to my father and how he has sprung back and is now exploring new ventures, which will segue into -

Song 5, and will be on myself realising what I must do and take action in order to move forward.

Songs 1 to 3 will be in the minor key. Song 4 will be less dark and perhaps incorporate Indian elements. Song 5 will be in the mixolydian mode and will sound like arena/anthem rock.

As for the visual aids. Over the Christmas holidays I will be back home in Stirling and photos that to me represents the elements of these songs. For songs 3 and 4 which are focused on my father, I will use pictures that he has taken from his travels.
